Science

At All Saints C of E Primary School, our Science curriculum aims to inspire curiosity and a love of learning about the world around us. We encourage pupils to ask questions, think critically, and develop problem-solving skills through engaging and practical experiences.

Through a carefully planned curriculum, children build their scientific knowledge and enquiry skills progressively across the school. Lessons include hands-on investigations, collaborative work and opportunities to explore and apply learning in a range of ways, supported by trips, visitors and events such as British Science Week.

Rooted in our values of perseverance, respect and love, we aim to develop confident, inquisitive learners who understand the importance of science in everyday life. Our curriculum equips pupils with the skills and knowledge needed for future learning and helps them appreciate the role of science in the world around them.
