R.E.

At All Saints C of E Primary School, Religious Education plays a vital role in supporting pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural development. Rooted in our Christian vision of perseverance, respect and love, our RE curriculum is highly inclusive, promotes cultural awareness and provides meaningful opportunities for spiritual development, enabling all pupils to flourish.

Through the Manchester Diocesan Scheme, children develop a sound understanding of Christianity as a global living faith alongside learning about a range of world religions and worldviews. Pupils are encouraged to reflect on what they value and believe, while showing respect, acceptance and open-mindedness towards others. Our enquiry-based approach promotes curiosity, critical thinking and discussion of big questions.

We aim to develop thoughtful, reflective learners who can confidently express their ideas and beliefs, appreciate diversity, and understand their role in the wider world.

Values for Life.png

Our Values for Life are at the heart of everything we do. They guide how we learn, behave and treat one another, helping us to grow as kind, respectful and responsible individuals. Through these values, we support our pupils to become healthy, happy and confident, preparing them to make a positive difference in school and in the wider world.
