History
At All Saints C of E Primary School, our vision for history is to spark curiosity about the past and inspire children to ask thoughtful questions, think critically and make meaningful connections to the world around them. Through engaging experiences, historical enquiry and hands-on exploration, we aim to nurture a strong sense of identity, an appreciation for diversity and an understanding of how the past has shaped our lives today.
Our aim is for every child to develop the confidence to analyse historical evidence, explain their thinking and form their own interpretations. By building a secure knowledge and understanding of the past, our pupils will be equipped to make sense of the present and contribute thoughtfully to the future.
