If you are receiving certain benefits, a FREE tasty and nutritious school meal is available for your children at All Saints C of E Primary School - - - - BUT YOU MUST APPLY!

All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to Universal Free School Meals but there are huge benefits to the school if you apply anyway even if your child is within these year groups.

Benefits:

  • A free school meal for your child, which is good for their health and could help their learning and wellbeing.

  • Savings for you, worth over ยฃ350 a year per child.

  • Extra money for the school through Pupil Premium, worth at least ยฃ900 a year per child.

Remember. Just registering your children for Free School Meals means that All Saints C of E Primary School receives the extra money even if you donโ€™t take up the free meal. No one will know you have registered and it will not affect any other benefits you claim.

Eligibility is based on one of the following benefits :

  • Universal Credit (provided you have an annual net earned income of no more than ยฃ7,400, as assessed by earnings from up to three of your most recent assessment periods)

  • Income Support

  • Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance

  • Income-related Employment and Support Allowance

  • Support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999

  • The guarantee element of Pension Credit

  • Child Tax Credit (provided you're not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than ยฃ16,190)

  • Working Tax Credit run-on - paid for four weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit
