About Us

All Saints C of E Primary School is a Voluntary Aided Church of England Primary School, rooted at the very heart of Newton Heath for centuries.

We are a Primary School for children aged 3 to 11 (including Nursery) and a one form entry school. The school is a very close-knit community, and has a long established ethos of developing positive and caring relationships between all members of the All Saints Family. The school was set up in the 17th Century for children in the most need of support, and we are still doing that today.

The current school building is around the fifth one since the school was established, and was completed in 1964 replacing the previous victorian building located on the other side of All Saints Church on All Saintsโ€™ Street. The KS2 classrooms are on the first floor of the main block, with the EYFS and KS1 children on the ground floor. There are playgrounds on both side of the site, and we have a large hall and stage for assemblies and P.E.. School meals are cooked fresh on site in our own kitchen, with an adjoining dining room used for the children to enjoy their lunch.

Our curriculum is based upon our vision of Healthy, Happy and Confident children, where personal, social, emotional, spiritual and health development is embedded in everything we do. Without these, the high academic progress we want for all children would not be possible.
